Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Yelo is a brand of Redback Global Ltd (“RGL”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms apply to all sales of goods and use of this website.
2. Application
All sales, including direct, online and wholesale supply, are subject to these Terms and our full Terms of Trade [Insert Link]. Where goods are purchased through a distributor or retailer, that seller’s terms apply.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance. Ecommerce purchases must be paid in full before dispatch. Trade customers are subject to agreed credit terms.
4. Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk passes on dispatch or collection. Ownership remains with Redback Global Ltd until full payment is received.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy. For distributor purchases, claims must be directed to the original seller.
6. Consumer Law
Nothing limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Product Use
Products must be installed and used in accordance with instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and our Terms of Trade are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
