Refunds, Returns, Cancellation
1. Introduction
Yelo is a brand of Redback Global Ltd (“RGL”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy applies to direct purchases made from us and should be read together with our full Terms of Trade, available here: [Insert hyperlink to Yelo Terms of Trade].
2. Sales Channels
Yelo products are supplied both directly to customers and through authorised distributors and retail stores. Where products are purchased through a distributor or retail store, all returns, refunds and warranty claims must be directed to the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller’s policies.
3. Returns
For direct purchases from Redback Global Ltd, returns are accepted only where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, supplied incorrectly, or otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Proof of purchase is required.
Returned goods must not be used, altered or damaged after delivery unless the issue relates to a manufacturing fault.
4. Refunds
Where a return is approved for a direct purchase, we may at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return request and may be subject to approval.
Special order or customised items cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has commenced.
6. Freight & Restocking
Freight charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Approved returns not relating to fault may incur a restocking fee.
7. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
